The precision reduction gearhead model RD Series has been re-launched as the RD2 series. Featuring the same easy to use design utilizing fittings compatible with all major servomotors and sealed with grease before shipping, the new series has also reduced the total length by up to 15%.

RDR-E Series

Right angle input type precision reduction gearhead model (Solid Series)

The RD2 series intruduces the right angle type as a new input option. The right angle input allows for the creation of lower profile designs to be set up in smaller spaces. Especially useful for turn table applications, the right angle input type maintains high accuracy positioning while allowing for space saving, low profile designs.

RDP-E Series

Pulley input type precision reduction gearhead model (Solid Series)

The RD2 series introduces the pulley type as a new input option. The pulley input allows for design flexibility with regard to the motor position. The speed ratio can also be adjusted using the pulley. This product enables flexible designs to be created according to the usage situation of the customer.

RS Series

Right angle input type of the precision reduction gear.

The RS series is a table type design featuring a low profile, hollow shaft through hole, along with a right angle input. Improving on the RV series' excellent load support, the RS series can support a maximum of 9 tons. In addition to fittings compatible with major servomotors and sealed with grease before shipping. The table type design allows for significant reductions in cusomer design and assembly process(cost).

RH-Foot-type Series

RH series is a siutable precision gearhead model for welding positioners featuring slim profile, intergrated base flange, and compatible fittings with major servomotors.

RH-N Series

Precision reduction gearhead model for high torque

The RH-N series is "high torque", "compact" and "lightweight" model. Featuring the same easy to use design utilizing fittings compatible with all major servomotors and sealed with grease before shipping.

RH-C Series

All new large hollow gearhead with high torque and high moment

Large hollow (ø132) gearhead with high torque and high moment creating a compact profile. Improved for much simpler system designing, providing tap and through holes for mounting. In addition, designed for easy installation / replacement such as external shaft motors of robots from various manufacturers, pre-filled with grease and grease supply/discharge ports located on each of the side, rear, and front.
